2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines are estimated only and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • A1 Masale is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

  • Any additional charges imposed by the courier (remote area fees, customs duties, etc.) shall be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched, subject to availability from the courier partner.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided information.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

  • A1 Masale is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed over to the third-party courier.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • In case of damaged, tampered, or missing items, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos or videos of the package and product are required for verification.

  • Claims will be reviewed in coordination with the courier partner.

8. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, taxes, or delays.

  • A1 Masale is not responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by authorities.

9. Change of Address

  • Address changes are not allowed once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
